If the system is not disarmed with a valid user code, one of our Control Room Operators will first call your premises to validate whether a false alarm has occurred. If we are unable to contact you we will then endeavour to communicate the situation to you via your contact response list.
Once we have made contact with you, you have the option to instruct us to send out a police car or you can attend yourself.
What Level of Security Do I Need?
The level required is determined by the level of risk involved in your premises. You must take into consideration insurance requirements set out by your insurance provider to ensure that you are properly covered in the case of an emergency. For example, if you were a chemist we would recommend a much higher level of security to protect things like drugs etc. as opposed to a residence.
